October 25, 2020 – This week’s class will feature yoga for the lymphatic system, a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials (LifeScience, 2018). A healthy, functioning lymphatic system is essential for keeping us well and feeling good especially during the Winter months. Certain yoga poses support and encourage good movement in the lymph nodes. I am excited to explore this particular benefit of yoga practice with you.

Props will help. If you have a yoga block, please have it with you. A short stack of small pillows will work too. Also, have a beach towel or think blanket ready. I am looking forward to our practice!
